Which one of these are you starting with? “Spicy Pepperoni Peppers & Onions”, “Shrimp, Peppers & Mushroom”, or “Pepperoni, Brie, Olives, & Peppers”? . I used the @califlourfoods spicy jalapeño flatbreads as the base (they are 2 net carbs per flatbread and made with cauliflower, egg whites, mozzarella and some jalapeños for a kick) and they came out really good! . Here is how I made them: . 1.For the flatbreads, I put them on a baking rack and put in the oven for about 8 minutes at 400F before adding the toppings. . 2.After this initial “cook”, I topped them with different toppings - feel free to use your favorites here. . 3.For the first one, I added some tomato sauce then added pepperoni, mozzarella, red onion, and a trio of bell peppers. . 4.For the second one, I added some tomato sauce, spiced up shrimp, mozzarella mushroom, and green bell peppers, . 5.For the third one, I loaded this guy up! I added pepperoni, brie cheese wedges, mozzarella, trio of bell peppers, mushrooms, and salt cured black olives. So good. . 6.Put them back in the oven for a few minutes, remove, then add parmesan, red chili flakes, or get some dipping sauce on the side. .
