Fire up the grill to make this tasty Grilled BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, featuring juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and a special barbecue mayo sauce. It's a flavor explosion that will satisfy your burger cravings!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 8 slices of bacon. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sliced pickles. 1/4 cup diced onions. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating, divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Place the bacon slices on the grill and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce to create a special sauce for the burgers. To assemble the burgers, spread the barbecue mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese. Add two slices of crispy bacon on top of the patty, followed by tomato slices, pickles, and diced onions. Top with the other half of the toasted bun, and secure the burgers with toothpicks if necessary. Serve the grilled BBQ bacon cheeseburgers hot, and enjoy!
