These Guacamole Deviled Eggs are a delicious and healthy twist on traditional deviled eggs. Creamy avocado replaces the mayo, and the guacamole filling adds a burst of flavor. Perfect for a paleo and low-carb diet.
Ingredients: 4 hard-boiled eggs. 2 ripe avocados. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Separate the hard-boiled eggs along the length of the egg and take out the yolks. Mix the egg yolks, avocados, and lime juice in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Onion, tomato dices, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be added now. Put a small amount of the guacamole mixture into each egg white half. If you want, you can add more cilantro and diced tomatoes as a garnish. Enjoy! Serve cold.
