We are talking less than three total carbs per slice! I used protein powder to replace the flour in this recipe, and with the help of a Vitamix, pureed herbs have been added straight to the batter to turn it green! Now, it's not quite Keto, because it has more protein than fat. But, it is still a high fat food. So, add a bit more fat, like dipping it in olive oil or butter, and you are set!
