Here's the beginning of a random story I wrote, hope you enjoy!
Someone runs past me and my eyes try to follow him but he is too fast. Shit. Just pretend you didn't see, just pretend you didn't se- “you can see me can't you?” Shit. Just ignore him if he thinks you can’t see him he'll go back to speeding around. “ I know you see me,” he says. He sounds worried, now that he is in front of me I see his blond hair and blue outfit. It looks like a kids superhero costume. “ Please… If you can see me I-I need your help,” he says desperately. Ugh fine I'll help him. I put my phone against my ear, I don't need people thinking I'm crazy.
“ Yes, I can see you. What do you want?”
“ Just follow me back to where I'm staying, *sigh* I'll see what I can do for you there”
I walk right back into the building I came out of, So much for getting stuff done.
“ alright you can ask all of your questions here”
“ Where are we, Who are you, how can you see me-”
“ Ok. One at a time please you may have super speed but I can't think that fast”
“ Long story… Can I ask the questions now?”
“ Ok… and why do you need my help?”
“ I don't need your help, my sister does. She’s caught in a bit of government trouble”
“ That's your problem… Pietro I can't really help with politics.”
“ No-that's not… no that's not what she needs help with, she's wanted from the government and, god I don't know how to explain it.”
“ Ok, and what do you want me to do?”
“ I don't know just… help her.”
“ You know what… I'm bored, I'll do it but only if you promise to leave me alone after that”
“So… where is your sister?”
“ umm, well she is kinda in Germany ”
“ ugh… seriously you couldn't have told me that before I agreed?”
“ I mean you already said you would help me”
Well, I have a strong feeling this is not going to end as easily as I want it to. Well, like I said I am kinda bored.“ She is just past here… thank you for helping my sister”“Yeah, yeah. I know you love your sister” Just at the edge of the corner I hear some men talking. “What about the new recruit?” “Sorry Cap but it's just the five of us”“No, it's not.” I say “ I'm sorry Who are you?” The one in the bird costume says. “ Doesn't matter, I am here to help” I replied surveying the group. There's five of them there, bird-man, Captain America, some dude with a bow and arrow, the sister, and… Barnes? “It kind of does. So I'll ask again, Who are you?” Barnes says.
“ I'm surprised I thought you would have gotten all your memories back by now-” I say as Captain America cuts me off. “You're with hydra” he says, stepping in front of Barnes. “Not anymore, I left before your buddy here did so if you trust Barnes,” the moment I say his nickname I see his face change in recognition “then you should have no problem trusting me.” “ Dee?” “ it's May but yes. ” “You know her buck?” Barnes ignores him “ Why are you here May?”
“ I was bored so I thought I would help"
"Ok can someone clue me in?” The arrow guy says.
“ Well-” I begin to say before my eyes glow orange, " a group of people just arrived, 5 of them” “ How do you kno-” the bird-man begins to say before the alarms cut him off. I gesture to the alarms with an I told you so look. “Make a run for the jet. Wanda, Clint go around to the other side,” Cap tells us. “ Wait something is wrong-” I begin to say “ What?!” He sounds rather annoyed “ There's the five of them now let's go.” “No, the flying robot doesn't have a soul I didn't count him, they have a stowaway.” “Tony?” Barnes says slightly smiling. “ I don't know is he the purple one” “ Vis” the sister says. “I'll get the stow away you guys take care of the others”
“ Murder is off the table, do you hear me May?” Barnes says, such a buzzkill. “ Murder was on the table!?!” Bird man says “ Murder is always on the table” I reply before Barnes give me a stink eye. “Other than today” I sigh.
