Meet: @Stacyshrinks I started my natural weightloss journey on Jan 21, 2017, at 444.1 lbs, 5'5", & 46 yo. I changed my life after a doctor told me I had beginning signs of Heart Disease. Exercise, they say. So, I went to the gym 6x/wk and pushed myself as hard as I could. At first, I could only do 5 minutes on the elliptical & tossed around 5 lb dumbells. Now, I hill climb 5 miles on the crossramp & leg press 310 lbs. You are what you eat, they say. I learned how to eat clean. I knew lean proteins, fresh veggies, and fruits were the key. I read stories & followed people on sm that offered free advice. Saving workouts people posted & integrated them daily. I've never paid for weightloss advice or workout plans, & I won't. I allow 1 cheat meal/wk & indulge on a bowl of buttered popcorn once in a while. So far I've lost 217.1 lbs & am cleared by my cardiologist!
