Alex: Giving birth in a Nike hospital gown so she gets that sponsorship dough
Becky: Yelling at doctors and nurses that are slacking. At one point, she actually just takes over cause they're doing it wrong
Kelley: Dadโข๏ธ Super nervous the whole time. Trips and slams her head on the floor at one point. Half the hospital is trying to treat her for a concussion but she refuses to leave. She has a ton of kale in her bag and keeps trying to get Alex to eat some of it
Sonny: She doesn't know what to do, so she just keeps filling cups with ice chips and giving them to Alex. Alex really doesn't need any more ice, but every time she thinks about refusing, she sees how determined and scared Sonny is and she just takes the cup. Sonny thinks she's doing a VERY important job
Ash: Is facetiming with Kyle and his dog with Ali's phone and is livestreaming the whole ordeal with her phone
Christen: Holding Alex's hand and helping her with breathing excercises. When the baby is born, she rips off her shirt and gives it to the doctor for a swaddling cloth
Lindsey Horan: In the hallway trying to break the ice chip machine so Sonny will calm down for five fucking seconds
Tobin: Is entirely too calm. They made her stand right next to the bed so her chill vibes would rub off on Alex.
AK: Losing her shit while she tries to get everyone out of the room so Alex can have a bit of privacy
Allie: She was in the room, but she left to run security for the hospital. She's roaming the wing to make sure nothing suss is going on, and no one gets near Alex. She somehow got an earpiece and a taser???
Rose: Currently in the hospital gift shop picking out a good baby gift because she passed out when she accidentally caught a glimpse under Alex's cover
Mal: On Rose-Babysitting duty in the giftshop, just in case
Alyssa: Standing at the foot of the bed with her arms outstretched ready to catch the baby if the doctor drops it. She has a front row seat to the show and is trying not to look too grossed out by it, so she doesn't offend Alex.
Pinoe: Doing a photoshoot in the corner for another Woman of the Year award while shouting encouraging things in between shots
Julie, Tierna, and Crystal: In the waiting room wondering why the fuck everyone else is in the delivery room
Serv: Pushed into the hallway about an hour ago. At this point, he thinks it's probably best if he just watches the birth through Ash's livestream
