PITAYA BOWL💕 RECIPE ⇓ How many times do you eat in a day? Do you eat snacks? I’m curious so let me know in the comments. 😋 I used to be the 2 huge meals a day and no snacks kinda person but recently I’ve also been snacking a lot (due to traveling and changing routines). Everything has advantages and disadvantages so you can’t generalise that snacking is bad for example. Just stick to whole foods (my fav snack are fruits or nuts) and listen to your body. Eat until you’re full and if you crave dessert, eat dessert. My motto is life is too short so eat dessert first. Eating fruit on an empty stomach is still best. 😋 I start the day with fruit and eat all my veggies in a big bowl at dinner. This way, I never have unhealthy cravings because I start the day with a lot of healthy fruit sugar. 🍌🍍🍓🍉 What are your biggest food struggles at the moment?
