(usually 3-4 is a sweetâšspot for most people) donât be afraid to go heavy, itâšWONâT make you bulky unless you eat too manyâšcaloriesâš4ïžâŁSleep: 7-9 hours a night to recover, rest and keepâšyour hunger levels in check. when you donât sleepâšenough, your body will be hungrier. so get those Zzzs!âš5ïžâŁCardio, Movement, and 10k steps/day. Findingâšactive hobbies you enjoy will keep you consistent andâšmake it a lot more fun.âš-âšâđŒFind what works for you, your lifestyle, habits, andâšpreferences.
