First meeting in 3 weeks! I had no idea what to expect but I am down almost 5 pounds from a 7 pound gain I had a few weeks ago that I completely forgot about ☠️ after my surgery I definitely found a new comfortable weight, and my goal is to lose the 6 pounds, which I'm not going to stress about at all, meaning if I hit it, great, but if my body is more comfortable a little higher and it's an unreasonable weight I can hold off, then so be it. But for now it's my goal! The past 4 days I've been eating better, and I can most certainly feel it. Bingeing is something I will probably always deal with and after every episode, however long it may be, I am reminded of that.
