How come when other people of the queer community complain about their issues (i.e the gay community and heteronormativity, the transgender community and normalised transphobia) it's always treated with empathy, which it should be of course
But when a clearly sex repulsed asexual person speaks up about allonormativity, how everything is sexualised, and how there are basically no safe spaces for sex repulsed folk, they're met with "oh, it's the internet", "oh it's society", "oh it's just sex", "grow up", "you'll live"

Has anyone heard about this whole Jourdin Pauline thing with the streamers. She said she got SA'd by another streamer but most the people responding to her are about her being Asexual and how she can't have been Ace and assaulted which is weird. I already don't like the streamer world, but these people saying she can't want to be courted (when she literally said she's only Asexual) because she's Asexual is annoying and shows society outside of Aces and maybe the LGBTQIA only see us as people who won't have sex and if you're pressured or anything the only take away is that you weren't Ace to begin with.
I hate that this is a serious situation about a woman being hurt and people are more worried about her label wouldn't allow her to be in that position in the first place.
