Ingredients: 5 lbs ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 25 burger buns. Your favorite burger toppings lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc..
Instructions: Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onions, diced bell peppers, minced garlic, barbecue sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Make 25 burger patties out of the mixture that are all the same size. Set the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grate so that food doesn't stick. Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one to two minutes, until they get a little brown. Put a patty on the bottom half of each bun to make a burger, then add your favorite toppings. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot.
