Enjoy these tasty chicken kebabs made with All-Clad on the grill. They are marinated just right and then grilled until they are juicy and smokey. Great for your next outdoor party or barbecue.
Ingredients: 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces. 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. Place the chicken cubes in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or marinate overnight for best results. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Thread the marinated chicken, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers. Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char on the outside. Serve the grilled chicken kebabs hot with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.

Enjoy the flavors of classic fajitas in a convenient kebab form. This easy grilled fajita chicken kebab recipe is perfect for a quick and delicious barbecue.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden or metal skewers.
Instructions: Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Add olive oil and mix well. Make sure the chicken chunks are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Skewers should have chicken that has been marinated, bell peppers, and red onions on them in that order. Put the kebabs on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them over once in a while, until the chicken is done and has a nice char. Take them off the grill and give them a minute to rest. If you want, you can serve it hot with tortillas, salsa, and guacamole.
