Salmon ceviche is a tasty and refreshing appetizer that can be served at any time. Because citrus juices are acidic, they "cook" the salmon, making it tender and full of flavor. You can make a dish that will impress your guests and make them want more with just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless and boneless. 1 cup lime juice. 1/2 cup orange juice. 1 red onion, finely diced. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 1 avocado, diced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Take the salmon and cut it up into little cubes. Cut up the salmon and put it in a bowl. Add the orange juice, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro. Add pepper and salt. Put the dish in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on to let the flavors mix. Add the diced avocado slowly before serving. Serve cold, and if you want, top with more cilantro.

This crispy fried shrimp recipe is perfect for seafood lovers. The shrimp are coated in a seasoned flour mixture, dipped in beaten eggs, and then coated with breadcrumbs before frying to golden perfection. It's a delicious appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350F 175C. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
