These gluten-free salami toasts are perfect for a quick and flavorful appetizer or snack. The combination of savory salami, gooey provolone cheese, and spicy pickled jalapenos is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Pair them with jalapeno picklebacks for an extra kick!
Ingredients: 6 slices gluten-free bread. 6 slices salami. 6 slices provolone cheese. 6 slices pickled jalapenos. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Place the slices of gluten-free bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Top each slice of bread with a slice of salami, followed by a slice of provolone cheese. Place a slice of pickled jalapeno on top of the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve the salami toasts with jalapeno picklebacks on the side. To enjoy the picklebacks, simply take a shot of pickle juice after each bite of salami toast.
