These Christmas Mini Burger Sliders are a delightful appetizer for your holiday party. They feature juicy beef patties topped with brie cheese, cranberry-mayo sauce, and crispy fried onions, all sandwiched between small burger buns. Perfect for festive snacking!
Ingredients: 12 small burger buns. 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 cup cranberry sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup fresh arugula leaves. 12 small slices of brie cheese. 1/4 cup crispy fried onions.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Ground beef, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix well, then use your hands to make 12 small burger patties. The burger patties should be cooked on a grill or stove for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. To make a holiday sauce, mix cranberry sauce and mayonnaise in a different bowl. Cut the burger buns in half and toast them just a bit on the grill or in a toaster. On the bottom half of each bun, spread the cranberry-mayo sauce. On each bun, put a cooked burger patty and then a slice of brie cheese. Put some arugula leaves on top of the cheese and then sprinkle some fried onions on top of that. Place the bun's top half on top of the burger sliders that have been put together. If you want, you can use a toothpick to hold each slider in place. Serve right away.
