Ingredients: 4 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped. 1 avocado, diced. 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cucumber slices or endive leaves, for serving optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the chopped smoked salmon, diced avocado, chopped red onion, chopped capers, and chopped dill. Add the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined. Spoon the smoked salmon tartare mixture onto cucumber slices or endive leaves, if using, or simply serve in small bowls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
