Some days even thinking about working out feels like literally the worstttttt - but afterwards it always feels best . Today was one of those days! . But after amping myself up I did a 20 min AMRAP - it felt like magic after . People often ask me how they can tell if their bodies need rest of if they are just being lazy - simple answer = just do it . If you start the workout and 10-15 min in you still feel tired and not willing to do anything - then fogetttabatttit - you have it a fair go . But more often then not I find even just 5 min in - I’m excited to do even just a little bit more - then I know I need the movement . You should never feel guilty about missing a workout but remind yourself that movement is medicine and even if that means just a 10 min walk on the treadmill to give your body a lil shot at that medicine - it’s better than nothing . So one of my small goals is to be able to do a push-up. Like a real push-up. I have never been able to do one in my entire life and I would be amazed if I was able to do just one properly. So this may not seem like I'm doing much but I will tell you that these two exercises KILLED me. I was hardcore struggling through #AbsAndArms today. But I DID get through it and that's all that really matters!! Get it done ladies!! 💪🏻 #weightloss
