Today is Day 11 of holding myself accountable. I got in a damn good walk and workout this morning! Technically, I went for a walk all weekend, but I treated the rest of the weekend as an active rest day.
Iβm still keeping all of my goals moving forward, even if itβs small steps. But thatβs how it works best, right? If you try to do a lot all at once, you canβt build any long lasting habits but if you take things one step at a time, building up the habits as you go you have a greater chance of the habits becoming permanent.
