I was still super tired from yesterday, even with close to 8 hours of sleep under my belt, but I mad myself get in a walk and a workout today, so this is day 10(?) of holding myself accountable.
My burnt calories and steps have stayed within the same range, with Iβm good with. Maybe over the weekend Iβll aim for a longer walk to go with my active rest days. Be safe out there and stay good people! πͺπ»π€π»ππ»π€π»π
