Monday:
Happy Monday! Finally, the sweltering heat has broken! ππ½ Nice to start the week with comfortable temps. Iβm still nursing a wrist injury. Itβs slowly improving as long as I donβt go back to punching a heavy bag. So, I wonβt be doing that. π Health comes first!
I like to start the week off with strength training, so I did a strength HIIT routine. 7 moves repeated for 5 cycles. My range was 10-20 lbs. Some kettlebell and some dumbbells; about 50/50. Definitely had to watch form and keep my wrist fixed throughout the workout. But, I try to do that at all times anyhow!
Then, some shadow boxing was on deck! I was eager to jump back into it! I missed it and it gives a better cardio output for me. And, I still get to use my fancy gloves. βΊοΈ
