Cut the zucchini in half length ways and place in a roasting pan, roast for 25 minutes at 180 or until softened. . Brown beef in a pan and add spices, herbs, cocominos and passata till cooked well. . Remove zucchini from the oven and scoop out the flesh, not all of it, just enough to leave room for the beef, place beef in the zucchini, top with grated Parmesan and grill for 5-10 minutes until cheese has melted.
