I think Jesus was canonically a beta/had no canonical classification

Like he was actually very anti traditional dynamics

And for a long time / maybe still the Catholic Church only allowed betas to be priests

OFFICIALLY there’s no discrimination/a place for everyone but alphas and omegas are both viewed with some suspicion but Christian religious—they’re necessary to perpetuate society of course but their role is primarily procreative and so that should be their vocation and not the Church or spiritual pursuits

There has still never been a Pope who was openly anything but beta

(Being able to prove someone’s classification biologically is relatively new in science and of course, the cutting edge of science is finding that there’s actually way more than three secondary genders and a lot more blurring of the lines than humans have historically recognized but society is slow to catch up)

Various sects/heretics/other Churches of course adopt different views

Alpha Jesus is big in evangelical circles

But it was buried by generations! Yes, it was buried in a volcanic eruption, but it was also figuratively buried. Over the centuries the location of Pompeii was lost, and it was found again by accident during construction projects. The ruins were not conclusively identified as the city of Pompeii until the 18th century (more than a millennia and a half after the eruption!) and it has been excavated ever since. People have been digging there since before the formation of the United States.
