i am now realizing that there is a major difference between what i like to read and what i like to write.

Writing may be hard, but the JOY of getting to expand the characters and worlds that you come up with can never be replaced. Keep going, even when it gets hard.

when I was getting my foot xrayed, I mentioned that the x-ray itself was cool (it was attacked to the ceiling and could move around). The radiologists face LIT UP and she started talking excitedly about how there was a cooler one in the sugary room. Find yourself an occupation that brings you that much joy.

and here, we see a writer in their natural habitat, doing daily activities, such as thinking about writing, and complaining about writing. there is no writing getting done, except when the writers have many other things to get done.

Hopefully all my thinking of writing prepared me to actually write
