Equity vs Equality. Equality is not possible since discriminated people aren't treated with consideration. For example, in an equal world, it wouldn't matter what skin color you are and rather if you are for the job. Our world never works in an equal way. Therefore, treating people with equity is the true fairness. Since we know racial bias and a preference for white and white adjacent is how our society runs, we then have to balance things out to try and minimize this racial bias. This applies to social and abstract concepts as well, not just physical or legal things.

in the course of like,,,two days, i think?? i've been called a slur (an old school one at that), gotten a death threat, AND a rape threat (maybe two??? idk that one reblog was gross as hell). all because i said i'm tired of people downplaying anti-blackness. and the best part is that these all came from faceless blogs. because a black person dared to express frustration at their oppression.

Black people do not have larger penises than white people. Asian people do not have smaller penises than white people. Current research does not provide evidence to conclude that race affects average penis size. There is no large or consistent difference in average penis size across races. Please banish this racist porn myth from your mind.

as someone who studies this: statistically speaking, child abuse (including “spanking”, because all forms of hitting children are abusive) is pretty much equally prevalent in households of all racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. so yeah, don’t let people use the “culture” excuse on you, but also, don’t believe others are experiencing it less just because it’s less normalized in their culture to talk about it. we all gotta work together to fix this shit.
