Herbed bistro fries are a delicious take on the traditional potato side dish. They come in beautiful golden wedges that are flavored with garlic, rosemary, and thyme. It goes well with your favorite main dishes or can be eaten as a tasty snack.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
