Ingredients: 1 can 12 oz refrigerated biscuits. 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and set them aside. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the biscuit pieces evenly on the bottom. Top the biscuits with the meat sauce mixture. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meat sauce. Place the pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, diced onions, and sliced black olives evenly over the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through and the casserole is bubbling and golden brown.
