Diets and treadmills never worked for me---I thought to myself..."It shouldn't have to be a struggle to maintain a healthy balanced weight/ life" After many failed attempts I created my own Weight loss & lifestyle plan...A few keys to my success>>> I started a food journal and swapped white, refined foods for whole grains and "REAL FOOD". My motto was/ is..."IF I DON'T RECOGNIZE AN INGREDIENT NEITHER WILL MY BODY" I took things "BACK TO BASIC" I eat REAL, whole foods---I pack my diet full of antioxidants such as blueberries and raw cacao, healthy fats such as avocados and olive oil and great sources of fibre like chia and flax seeds....I lost 60lbs and gained my life back!
