A delightful cocktail that captures the essence of a perfect day in autumn, the October Queen. The combination of gin, elderflower liqueur, citrus, and honey creates a harmonious balance of flavors, with a hint of orange bitters adding depth and complexity.

Ingredients: 1.5 oz gin. 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur. 0.75 oz lemon juice. 0.5 oz honey syrup. 2 dashes orange bitters. Orange twist, for garnish.

Instructions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters to the shaker. Shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist. Serve and enjoy!
