james taking the black brothers with him to every desi wedding the huge Potter Extended Family TM had. and before going he would lock tf in and teach them dances to staple wedding songs to ensure they are ready to tear the bloody dance floor apart with him.

sirius is just as enthusiastic about it as james is while reg tends to act like he doesnt care but always has the choreo down by the time of the wedding. and every. single. time. people either jump in to dance with them cuz "they got that josh" (james said this im sure) or everyone is just stumped watching these white-as-paper french-brit dudes dancing to desi songs as if they were born to do it.

by the third wedding they attend- james, sirius and regulus are expected to put together a separate performance for the couple entirely :DDD

regulus:

james: he's totally fine. and he'll be fine. i mean, that is, he was in rough shape when he came---but i guess you knew that---but he was patched up and he's doing well.

regulus:

james: and he'll be fine--safe, i mean--with us.

regulus: you needn't tell me. i'm already aware he's doing fine.

james: well i just wanted to make sure. you know, so you didn't worry.

regulus: i have no need for worry.

james: he's your brother, im sure you can't help it.

regulus: you misunderstand. he left a lot of his blood at home. i took it.

james:

james: what.

regulus: oh for nothing nefarious. i only used some on myself and got rid of the rest. and i just made it so that if he were to be hurt, his blood (which i painted onto myself for the ritual) would burn me enough to let me know. so i can go check on him.

james:

james:
