Ingredients: 2 cups pineapple chunks. 1 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup rum optional. 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup.
Instructions: If you want to add rum, put pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey or agave syrup, and rum in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mix into popsicle molds. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take at least 4 hours. Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to get popsicles out.
