These soft, chewy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are bursting with warm pumpkin flavor. The combination of pumpkin puree and spices makes them ideal for the fall season or whenever you're craving a tasty cookie treat!
Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each cookie dough mound with the back of a spoon or your fingers. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your soft and chewy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!
