I don’t exactly remember when I started noticing. I think it was around 6 months. 6 months until I noticed my face looking a little smaller, my skin changing, my body shrinking a little. Try not to check so often. Your body’s like the pot of boiling water that JUST WON’T FKING BOIL until you walk away. So walk away for a little bit and do the right things that you KNOW will work - track your nutrition. Move. Walk. Start lifting weights every now and then. Do the things that you know are right. The more you check, the more you obsess, the more impatient you become. And I have always looked for reasons to give up. The less I checked, the less opportunities I gave myself to give up. Don’t give up.
