21/05 - Mood 🙂
Today was quite a good day, I had some cravings in the late afternoon so instead of giving in I took a nap (because why not) and also I took my vitamins.
So the scales are going to start to go down again, I did put on some weight after my last medical appointment though so I have to make extra efforts to go back to my "official weight" before being able to break through and lose more than I had lost by then. But I'm cool with it, one day at a time, right?
