The zesty lemon and fragrant garlic in this Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken make it so tasty. This dish is easy to make and tastes great. It's great for busy weeknights.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 1 lemon, juiced and zested. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl with olive oil. Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Make sure that each chicken breast is covered with the mixture as you pour it over them. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is soft and cooked all the way through. Warm it up and serve it with your favorite sides.
