More importantly: I know Ragatha being good at baking is a popular headcanon and I love to see it (shout out to Soaking in Cinnamon.) But one must imagine a Ragatha who is TERRIBLE at baking and Will burn down a kitchen if left unsupervised.

I can DEFINITELY see that being yet another obstacle course to them getting to know each other. couple ragatha already being established as someone no one can really trust to be honest, I can imagine zooble suspecting her as one of those stereotypical 'nice' snobbish people who look down on anyone they deem lower than them. it definitely does not help that I can see ragatha earnestly trying her best to not offend anyone only to turn around and blatantly perform a microagression. I know zooble would've had their work cut out for them in their early days 😭. Maybe they'd laugh about it in the chance they get closer in the future

the idea of jaxs redemption and forgiveness being 'earned' whether it's deserved or not has been an on and off topic my brain has been spinning inside of itself ever since episode 9. there's a lot of people who claim her abstraction is amendment enough, there's people who say that it was the easy way out, and there's also people who say that she should have lived. basically just a lot! I would be lying if I said there was no part of me that didn't feel bitter every time people push for her to be treated gracefully and respectfully in the aftermath of it though, especially in cases including the rest of the cast outside of pomni, whether canon following w jax's abstraction or in de-abstraction AU's.

The thing is I get it. Im a SUCKER for treating everything w kindness at the end of the day and forgiving someone even at their worst. i think the whole point of the isn't she lovely segment was that jax could have been lovely, that she as a trans woman WAS still lovely. she was loved. The tragedy is that she never allowed herself to open up that way, and she dragged everyone down into being as miserable as she was. That being treated any other way felt like being around her mother again, how else could she have taken that hug in the aftermath of it? She never allowed herself that kindness because it felt like anything but. And everyone around her suffered for it.
