This Taco Dip is a crowd-pleasing Mexican-inspired appetizer, perfect for parties or game nights. It's loaded with savory flavors and textures that will have everyone coming back for more.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 can refried beans. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 tomato, diced. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
Instructions: Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. Add the taco seasoning and cook as directed on the package. Put refried beans on the bottom of a dish to serve. Put the cooked beef mixture on top of the beans. Put sour cream on top of the beef. Place salsa on top of the sour cream. On top of the salsa, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, slice black olives, and chop green onions and put them on top. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it.

Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed. 1/2 cup balsamic glaze. 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced. 1/2 cup olives black and green, pitted and sliced. 1/4 cup prosciutto, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup salami, thinly sliced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put the bread slices on a baking sheet and use olive oil to cover both sides. Warm the oven up and toast the bread slices for five to seven minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down. Put the olives, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, and cheese in a bowl. Toss them around slowly. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste on top of the tomato mixture after adding the balsamic glaze. Toss it again to mix. Toast the baguette slices and put them on a large serving tray. Put a spoonful of the tomato mixture on top of each slice and spread it out evenly. Lay out the slices of salami and prosciutto on the tray.
