𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | I’m not gonna lie, after I put my stories up from @hrcoxfordstreet I had a couple of people message me turning their noses up. So I’m just gonna address the elephant in the room straight away. Sometimes you know what to expect when you accept an invite. Sometimes you know what the food is like before you go, but there’s something else about it that makes you want to try it out. Sometimes you want to be proved wrong. So I’ll do some myth-busting. I actually liked the food from @hrcoxfordstreet. The steak was nice, the burger was super tasty, the spicy shrimp were so moreish, the chicken tenders were beautiful, and the dessert was a MASSIVE sundae, what’s not to like? I think people presume the food is bad, and there’s a difference between bad food, and expecting the top quality you’ll find in smaller independent restaurants. I didn’t come here to find London’s best burger, I came here because I wanted to experience a night out at one of London’s newest 4* restaurants, and it was such a fun night. They had live music, the staff were amazing, I have to shout out Yago specifically, the hotel looks beautiful. I’m gonna speak for @feed.wing when I say he had a lot of fun with our experience at the Hard Rock. It’s pricy, but again this is what you’d expect. So I’m not trying to cover anything up, I’m not trying to convince you anything different to what you may already know. My message is sometimes you can broaden your expectations and have a fun night out at somewhere unexpected. . . . . . #hardrockhotel #hardrockcafe #hardrockcafé #hardrocklondon #burger #burgers #cheeseburger #baconburger #baconcheeseburger #bacon #bbqburger #foodporn #burgerporn #foodphoto #londonfoodie #londonrestaurants (at Hard Rock Hotel London) https://www.instagram.com/p/B9Pcm_lH_Ok/?igshid=c38reym1m827

Elevate your burger game with this mouthwatering BBQ creation. Juicy and flavorful, these burgers are a perfect blend of smoky barbecue goodness and classic burger satisfaction.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Put the patties on a grill that has already been heated up and cook for four to five minutes on each side until they are medium-done. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the buns for about one minute. Put the burgers together by putting the patties on the buns and then adding lettuce, tomato, and pickles on top of them. Enjoy the best BBQ burger ever while it's still hot!

This One Pound Smashburger is the best cheeseburger you'll ever eat. There are four kinds of cheese, a tangy barbecue mayo sauce, and all the usual toppings on it. Get ready for a huge taste explosion!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 80% lean. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices American cheese. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles.
Instructions: Warm up your griddle or grill over high heat. Separate the ground beef into 4 equal parts and roll each one into a ball. Put a ball of ground beef on the hot surface and use a spatula to quickly flatten it into a thin patty. Add pepper and salt. Do the same thing with the other three parts. The patties should be cooked for about two minutes on each side, or until they get a nice crust and are done the way you like them. Put two slices of American cheese and one slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking. Put a lid on top to melt the cheese. Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them until they are lightly browned while the cheese melts. In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce and mayonnaise to make the sauce. Put the burgers together: Put some barbecue mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Cover the sauce with a lettuce leaf. Then add a tomato slice, a burger with melted cheese, red onion slices, and pickles. Put the other half of the bun on top. Enjoy while hot!
