Triangle pose is often a highly underestimated pose. It has many subtle layers to it. Each time I come into it I find so many questions and uncertainties. It feels like this will forever be my most challenging pose. A pose can mirror a certain aspect in your life that continues to be puzzling. How often do you think you know yourself but yet keep learning new subtle parts of you? I’m most currently connecting with the question I ask my students, “How is your breath”. I am reminding myself to breathe even when I get anxious, or when I create resistance or face it. These poses are here for self-inquiry, to connect to our physical bodies and tune into our breathing. What are some ways you’re connecting these poses to in your life?
