you can absolutely not be femenist and religious at the same time. now for the three abrahamic religons for sure, but other religons like buddhism or other spiritual religons im sure there are equal religons for women, but christianity is not one of them. christianity has many bible verses of portraying women as objects and not as equals. some examples - And everything on which she lies during her menstrual impurity shall be unclean. Everything also on which she sits shall be unclean.” — Leviticus 15:20. "I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority iver a man; rather she is to remain quiet. - Timothy 2:12. thats just two examples, just christianity being built off of men and a "men-lead" world (misogynistic) which is in my opinion a huge factor in today's sexism/misogyny and how men are usually in more influential postitions. i believe that religon was created by men for men because they could not accept that women give life, and wanted a way to be able to control them to be "out of the way" (in the kitchen) by intergrating traditional "umbrella" way of life, the man being the breadwinner and leader of the household.
