First run all week, just couldn’t get going in the mornings & too warm in the evenings! However up at 5 this morning so made the most of it & got me kit on & got out there. A nice breeze & I picked a route where I could be in the shade for the majority of the run. However still really, really warm. Not fast & got slower as it went. Foolishly didn’t take a drink! Felt okay though so that’s a good sign. Got a busy day ahead, and it’s going to be a scorcher! Last picture is an example of the eclectic random play list Apple Music selects for me if I just listen to my library on shuffle. Another superb event from @runthroughuk I definitely recommend signing U.K. U.K. one near you or even better is you do a mission to run them all. Fast, efficient, no nonsense, no hanging around. Due to great time discipline you can finish your run well in time and get in with the rest of your weekend. I AM A LOSER BABY! Nur noch schnell diese eine E-Mail dann gehe ich los zum Laufen, und noch schnell dies und schnell das - und Zack verpasst man sein Zeitfenster oder noch schlimmer das Wetterfester. Während ich mich im die Laufsachen eintüte, verdüstert sich der Himmel, leichter Niesel begrüßt mich vor der Haustür. Schneeregen hatten wir auch schon lange nicht mehr... und hätte ich mal Handschuhe mitgenommen. Aber egal, wer schneller läuft, friert nicht!
