my precious boy Monday

woke up as heated this morning about the vote reporting bullshit as I was when I went to bed last night, although until further updates the horse has been sufficiently beaten. heard a subway customer go "y'all got sour cream" and then get frustrated with the answer, as if it was the most reasonable request in the world. managed to both have a productive meeting learning-wise and also getting-stuff-done wise, was definitely way too nervous on my re-presentation but at least I actually put some effort in, instead of having a plain ass slide that reads like a train of thought or some AI bullshit

the evening was rough for reasons entirely unrelated to people living within our household, but I am sending out "the trisomy-18 screening is a false positive" vibes into the universe if anyone would care to join me in said vibe curation

Hammy was being extraordinarily cuddly tonight, absolutely conked out asleep on my lap and my chest and then slid down off the back of the couch when the rain startled him awake to rest on my shoulder. I started reading System Collapse today, Peyton returned artificial condition and checked out the same copy of Monster Hunter International I had from another branch a few months ago, they really said they were not wasting a square centimeter of page room, what the fuck is a margin?
