When I lived in Bangkok I used to watch the monitor lizards in Lumpini park scurry around while we worked out. I used to mimic them and try to get low while crawling. I was reminded of this crawl by @hunterfitness during #instabattle2016 Crawling is an awesome way to work on upper body strength and core strength.
