Charlie & Me My first grandson! Having 3 Grandchildren at 50 has been a big part of my motivation to transform my health and help other Dads and Grandpas do the same! It looks weird but Charlie loves being held this way! Tyler & Jane are such great parents and it's so encouraging to know he will be raised in an environment of Physical, Mental and Spiritual health and fitness. I am so hopeful for Charlie's generation! And I've promised myself I am going to live as long and as healthy as possible... A year ago I was 260 Lbs, pre-diabetic, uninsurable, and having major circulation problems... Little decisions and actions every day since June 1 of last year have led me here. Now although I can't guarantee my longevity, I feel secure I'm doing all I can. I didn't do it alone though.
