🌟🌟Major Gym Accomplishment 😎🌟🌟 . . . I remember back in high school, I was able to do 660 lbs twice on the leg press. After High School, however, I never went over about 320 to 350 pounds on the leg press. I just stayed at that weight. Even while working out for the first few years after 2014, I never really pushed myself in the gym strengtb-training wise. I pushed myself when it came down to cardio, since I believed that weight loss was the most important thing in the gym. I also believed that I had enough muscle. Then around this time last year, I started losing muscle. I also started gaining fat again. I also heard about a condition called sarcopenia. This happens when someone loses muscle as they age. I hear it happens to almost everyone when they become a senior. . . . I know I'm getting older. I also heard that sarcopenia can be reversed through weight training. I previously thought that if I did too much weight-training, I would just get too big. But then I also heard that more muscle can increase your metabolism. So this is an alternative way to get to Fat Loss. Combined with some intense cardio. This is the first time I've hit 450 pounds on leg press since high school.
