#JulyWeeklyWorkouts : WORKOUT 2️⃣: Beat the tourists this morning and got to Merlion Park at 7am so my clients better damn well do this workout and post your vdo. I'm getting up early on vacation for you guys. I expect the same amount of effort that I'm giving in return. 😂😀💪🏾👊🏾 EXERCISES: 1️⃣Single Leg Bench Lunge 2️⃣Step Ups 3️⃣Shoulder Loads (Saws forward and back) 4️⃣Crab Kicks (hips 1" off ground. Shoulders down and back and chest open) PROTOCOL: Start with 15 reps of each, on each side for single side exercises. Keep going continuously through the circuit. Then do 14 reps, then 13, then 12, all the way to 1. *NOTE: this is a continuous circuit without rest. Let's get it!! #CoachRT3 #XodusMoveMore #MerlionPark #Merlion (at Merlion Park, Marina Bay. Killed two birds with one stone today. Me and @yogawithyana decided to use bands for the first portion of our #TravelWorkout and we let the playground run out it until he fell asleep. WHY RESISTANCE BANDA? 🔹Easy to pack for travel. 🔹Great change up to traditional movements. A Kettlebell Challenge: Kettlebell Swing, Punch, High Pull & Snatch Flow for 5 minutes.
This sequence took some time to mentally wrap my head around patterning. My shoulders paid the price in soreness the following day, but they feel strong and that was the goal.

I like eliminating joints from the pressing equation. Here, because I'm ok my knees, my hips and core have to work a lot more to stabilize and I don't have my feet to generate as much power from the ground.
