Cheesy Corn Delight This creamy and cheesy corn dip is perfect for gatherings, offering a blend of flavors that will leave everyone wanting more. Ingredients 3 cups frozen corn thawed and drained 4 oz can diced green chilies 1 cup sour cream 8 oz cream cheese softened 8 oz cheddar cheese and/or pepper jack cheese grated (2 cups) ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon garlic salt Instructions First, preheat the oven to 350ºF. Set aside ½ cup of the grated cheese and then stir together all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Transfer the mixed dip to an oven-proof, shallow baking dish or pie plate. Next, sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
This hot corn dip is made with two types of cheese, bacon, bell peppers and corn, all baked to golden and bubbly perfection. Serve your hot and cheesy dip with a side of tortilla chips and watch the rave reviews come in!

Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup frozen corn, thawed. 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Tortilla chips for serving.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Black beans, corn, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, sliced pickled jalapenos, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. For 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot all the way through and bubbly around the edges, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Served hot with corn chips.
