Ingredients: 4 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and diced. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted. Wooden popsicle sticks.
Instructions: Diced apples, rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt should all be combined in a food processor. Mix until a sticky dough comes together. Form the mixture into small round pops with your hands, then place a wooden popsicle stick into each one. To firm up, place the pops on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least half an hour. In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave, melt the dark chocolate chips and stir until smooth. To ensure an even coating, dip each frozen apple pop into the melted chocolate. Let the dripping chocolate fall off. Reposition the pops covered in chocolate onto the tray lined with parchment paper and chill until the chocolate solidifies. Your Apple Pop Delights are now prepared for consumption!
