Ingredients: 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread slices, or crackers.
