Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns for serving. For the slaw:. 2 cups shredded Brussels sprouts. 1 apple, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine the chicken breasts, applesauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and shreds easily with a fork. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
