Instructions: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and jalapeo pepper to the skillet with the chorizo. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the diced tomato and cook for another 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to low. Add the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, stirring until melted and well combined. Gradually stir in the half-and-half or heavy cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ingredients: 1 large celeriac, peeled and cut into fries. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise. 1 tbsp white miso paste. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tsp maple syrup. 1 tsp sriracha sauce optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss celeriac fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a large bowl, mix together cooked bacon, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
